About

My name is Bill Mazey. I have been saved since June 1980. I have served God in some capacity since shortly after being saved. I surrendered my life to His call to ministry in Feb. 1981. I went forward to the altar in a small church when the pastor gave an altar call. I preached my first sermon on a Sunday evening in March. I officially began studying for the ministry in the fall of 1981. I have tried to stay faithful to God along the way and have held various postions of ministry and leadership both within the local church and through it.

I have served as church planter, solo pastor, staff pastor and senior pastor. Much of my ministry in churches has been to help them redevelop. I have also worked in a prayer ministry and helped lead a major city wide outreach for a denomination. I have started men’s groups, done pulpit supply and church consulting. I have also done work cross-culturally here in the states.  I consider myself an ordinary humble servant of the Most High God.

The best thing that has ever happened to me was the night I confessed my sins to God and asked for His forgiveness and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I also asked God to fill me with His Holy Spirit and use me for His glory and honor. God has been so good to me and my family.  There is so much more I could say about how blessed I (we) have been by God.

At this stage of my life I hope to encourage men to really pursue God with all their strength. I hope to encourage young men that are going into or are in the ministry (especially pastoral). I may be available to preach/teach at your church or men’s ministry. I (we) are also available to do church consulting for struggling unhealthy churches to help them have a plan to regain hope and become healthy disciplemaking churches. Contact me and we can talk more specifically.

I believe that after salvation, the Church is the best gift God gave to the world. My hope is that my life and minsitry will help strengthen the Church and her leaders. To God be the glory, great things He has done! And will do! Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus!
